Apartment Maintenance Supervisor experience required.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor for the Bexley Stockyards property in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate activities of a service team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings are completed efficiently.
Diagnose problems and make repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural maintenance and appliances.
Schedule and supervise all in‑house and vendor work, sharing on‑call duties with team members.
Maintain high occupancy levels by following professional maintenance practices, quality control and company policies and procedures.
Operate in a customer‑service driven environment, positively influencing visitors, prospects and residents.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of trade‑related experience, with at least 1 year of hands‑on apartment maintenance leadership, assistant or supervisory experience.
Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required
(Type I & II or Universal).
Computer skills: ability to use business software to assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.
Willingness to share on‑call with other team members.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and necessary tools.
Background/based check will be conducted in accordance with DMV regulations.
Benefits Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with participation in an emergency on‑call rotation (bonus paid when on call). Additional benefits include competitive compensation, a 401(k) plan and a comprehensive benefits package.
