Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Accountant 3 to join their team. As an Accountant 3, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting financial reporting and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Accountant 3 Location: Irvine, CA Pay Range: $45/hr Shift: 8 am – 5 pm
What’s the Job?
Prepare journal entries with detailed support in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
Review account balances critically to assess their validity and ensure correct accounting treatment.
Assist in month‑end closing activities, including the Oracle close process.
Prepare reconciliations and review non‑recurring journal entries for proper classification.
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
Experience with GAAP and IFRS guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Word, and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate as a team player.
