Job Description
GreenTree Hospitality Group is actively seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Corporate Revenue & Systems Manager to lead GreenTree’s pricing strategy and technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue through smart rate management, managing the hotel’s booking and property systems, and analyzing data to identify areas of revenue loss. The ideal candidate is not only an expert in revenue optimization and system operations, but also skilled in building dashboards and surfacing actionable insights from data.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Optimization Develop and execute pricing strategies to generate revenue, through working with General Managers and Front Desk staff to track customer trends and reservations and adjusting rates (incl. building rates for rooms and packages and determining discounts and specialty rates)
Partner with Sales Team to set strategic mix of business and pricing strategies based on market conditions to achieve sell out efficiency
Evaluate pricing and yield strategies of comp set to maintain competitiveness, gaining the ability to predict the comp set reaction to changes in the marketplace
Monitor and manage rates for corporate properties on a daily basis, working with the GMs
Generate performance reports and forecast on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for GMs and management team
Conduct weekly strategy meetings for corporate-managed properties; discuss trends, revenue opportunities and sales tactics, review results from previous meetings, and determine action plans to maximize RevPAR
Conduct bi-weekly strategy meetings for franchise properties; discuss trends, revenue opportunities and sales tactics, review results from previous meetings, and determine action plans to maximize RevPAR
Manage all hotel distribution channels to achieve goals and budget (ROIs and KPIs) and monitor all channels to ensure content accuracy, rate parity, inventory, and pricing integrity
Maximize brand.com revenue, and market share associated with rooms and function space
Ensure hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives
Submit accurate daily & monthly STR data
Review Daily, Weekly, and Monthly STR reports Cultivate relationships with vendors and internet wholesalers to accomplish revenue goals and negotiate placement for hotels
Participate in monthly budget / P&L process for corporate-managed hotels
Systems Oversight & Troubleshooting Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting issues across systems such as PMS, CRS, booking engine, RMS, channel manager, CRM, and payment gateways
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate support tickets or escalations as needed
Lead new software rollouts or upgrades, ensuring effective configuration and team training
Maintain clean, accurate, and consistent data across platforms
Data Analysis & Dashboarding Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs (incl. daily pick-up reports, running 90 day rate report, channel performance reports, revenue segmentation summaries, budget & forecast variance) and highlight revenue opportunities or leakage
Investigate and analyze causes of revenue loss—such as booking abandonment, pricing errors, OTA discrepancies, or system failures—and recommend solutions
Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and profitability modeling
Work with raw data exports (e.g., from PMS, Google Analytics, or OTA extranets) to create intuitive visualizations and trend analysis.
Create month-end reporting and analysis for Corporate Team on overview of all properties in the portfolio
Requirements, Qualifications, and Desired Traits Bachelor’s degree required, strongly preferred in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Previous experience in revenue and channel management in hotel industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PMS, Data Analytics
Command of the English language in both written and verbal
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Incredible attention to detail
