Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service Guide clients through the investment readiness process and analyze borrower eligibility Manage sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and / or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services Minimum of 1 year of consultative / inside sales experience Proven track record of closing 5+ loans / month for residential investments Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to think critically and navigate obstacles effectively
