Job Description Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage a high-volume portfolio of requisitions across a diverse network of brands. This individual will act as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on recruiter, partnering closely with hiring leaders to drive effective hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, balances collaboration with ownership, and brings a confident, solutions-focused approach to recruiting.

Qualifications Required

Minimum of 7 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience

Proven success partnering with executive and senior‑level stakeholders

Strong consultative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

High learning agility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment

Naturally curious, solutions‑driven mindset

Collaborative and relationship‑focused

Professional maturity with confidence and credibility

Ability to challenge ideas constructively and receive feedback

Calm under pressure and steady in high‑stakes situations

Tenacious with strong follow‑through

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Preferred

Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution recruiting experience

Experience with Ceridian Dayforce

Background recruiting blue‑collar and industrial talent

Sunbelt or similar industry experience

Healthcare recruiting backgrounds are

not

preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer

Partner with HR and hiring leaders to understand business needs and priorities

Conduct intake calls, provide weekly status updates, assess risks, and drive results

Develop and tailor sourcing strategies for each role

Proactively source talent using multiple platforms, including social media

Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience

Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Ceridian Dayforce)

Stay current on recruiting compliance, including EEO and pay transparency laws

Track and analyze recruiting metrics to forecast staffing needs

Continuously refine recruiting strategies, tools, and processes

Educate and support hiring leaders throughout interviewing and onboarding

Promote our client’s brand and culture to prospective candidates

Build long‑term relationships with passive talent
