Role Overview As an
Outpatient Advanced Practice Provider , you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in ambulatory oncology settings, conducting patient assessments, follow‑ups, symptom management, and survivorship care; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans; educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans; supporting clinical programs, quality initiatives, and evidence‑based practice; and serving as a consistent point of contact for patients throughout their care journey. Specific responsibilities vary by specialty and clinic.

Key Qualifications For Nurse Practitioners
Current NYS (and/or NJ) RN and NP license/registration
Master’s degree in Nursing
National Board Certification
Relevant clinical experience (requirements vary by service)
For Physician Assistants
Graduate of an accredited PA program
NCCPA certification
Active NYS (and/or NJ) license or eligibility
Relevant clinical experience (requirements vary by service)
