Position Overview Soleo Health is seeking a Full‑time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Austin, TX and the surrounding areas. The role involves simplifying complex care for patients receiving infusion therapy.

Responsibilities
Provide direct care for all assigned patients, initiating and maintaining communication with care team members and community resources.
Evaluate and educate patients/care partners on safe home infusion therapy administration and additional instructions.
Assess home environment, identify interventions to ensure safety and appropriateness for care.
Develop plan of care with team members and evaluate response to therapy at each encounter.
Maintain caseload scheduling via approved platform and communicate changes as needed.
Coordinate care via approved company platform.
Participate in on‑call rotation to ensure continuous support.
Document all communications at time of service per Soleo policy.
Have strong knowledge of therapies provided by Soleo.
Ensure that required patient documents are completed and returned to the branch office within acceptable timeframe.
Ensure timely submission of plan of treatments as required by state guidelines.
Schedule
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (may work one Saturday per month).
Required participation in on‑call rotation.
Willingness to drive up to 60 miles as needed (mileage reimbursement & hourly rate provided).
Knowledge of IV access, including IV lines and ports.
Experience administering infusions to patients.
Requirements
Registered Nurse degree; BSN preferred.
Advanced certification in specialty areas (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
On‑call availability (nights/weekends) for urgent support.
Experience in ICU and/or cardiac care preferred.
Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
Current nursing license for state of practice.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license with no significant restrictions.
