Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Active, unrestricted Illinois LPN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment
