As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include: Work-life balance with weekday schedules Competitive salary plus uncapped bonus compensation or fee for service options Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance available 3 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, 1 day for education & seminar Malpractice & Tail insurance provided Steady patient referral flow 401k with company match CEU opportunities Paid licensure renewals Supportive management team $3,000 referral bonus Why Choose Vitae
A dedicated patient base and a consistent referral flow, eliminating the need to worry about referral volume. Collaborate with the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with Vitae’s clinical team including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists. A balanced work‑life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off‑hours are required. Malpractice insurance coverage of $1 million/$3 million, provided by Vitae. Qualifications
Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state. A completed masters in social work. Seniority level
