About the role: The Supervisor is an integral part of the Residences Food & Beverage team at Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort. The main objective of this role is to support daily Food & Beverage operations within the outlets while delivering exceptional, personalised dining experiences for our members and guests. This role is expected to lead by example, ensuring service standards are met, team members are supported, and operations run smoothly. Our goal is to enhance the residential dining experience while upholding the Four Seasons culture of excellence.
What you will do:
Supporting and supervising daily operations while guiding and motivating team members
Ensuring a welcoming, attentive, and personalised service experience for every resident and guest
Assisting with opening and closing procedures, service flow, and adherence to Four Seasons standards within the Residences
Acting as a liaison between residents, team members, and management to ensure expectations and preferences are met
Working closely with management and team members to maintain seamless service across the Residences

What you bring:
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is a plus
Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards is preferred
