Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is looking for a part-time opportunity that supports work-life balance while maintaining high clinical standards. $75–$95 per hour, based on experience

BCBA Responsibilities
Provide mentorship, supervision, and compassionate guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Develop and oversee evidence-based programming informed by client data and ongoing assessment.
Support and collaborate with families to promote meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Partner with external service providers to enhance client care.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and ethical team environment.
Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the BACB
Active state license (LBA) as required by location
Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Adult & Child CPR/First Aid certification (preferred prior to start date)
Ability to pass a background check
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for home-based services
