About the Position Trevor's is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional food and beverage offerings with Above & Beyond hospitality. You will also support the retail team with projects that involve both teams.
You Will
Have a relentless dedication to making each guest experience great.
Ensure the food and beverage items are prepared and presented to our guests with the highest possible quality.
Constantly train our team members so that they provide better and better experiences for our guests.
Oversee all FOH and BOH team members.
Maintain restaurant safety and cleanliness standards throughout the entire building.
Report to the Restaurant General Manager.
What We’re Looking For
21 years of age or older
Ability to work a full‑time schedule as business requires including nights, weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food, spirits, beer and wine
Hospitality excellence
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
Value collaboration and acting as a team player
Desire to develop knowledge of product and services
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
