Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales, margin, and service goals.

Oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, and floor flow.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Retail Store Management with team leadership responsibility.

Ability to lead from the floor and set clear expectations.
Experience in furniture, mattress, or appliance retail is a strong plus.
