Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Financial Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a manufacturing business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

Integrate and rebrand the first three acquisitions made under this holding company
Drive performance and prepare for future acquisitions.
Acquire add-ons that will add scale, product, cross-sell, and multiple arbitrage.
THE SPONSOR: This New York based private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include industrial technologies & manufacturing, agriculture products, specialty services and distribution. Today the sponsor owns dozens of portfolio companies and has over $1B cumulative capital commitments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:
Business Model: Manufacturing
Functional: Top finance leader of up to a $50M minimum revenue manufacturing company OR number two finance leader within a larger enterprise responsible for up to $150M minimum revenue
Orientation: Heavy operations orientation is required with related experience across cost management, strategy, and hands-on problem solving
Private Equity: Highly preferred
Accounting: Required
M&A: Solid integration experience is highly preferred
Tenure: 15-20+ years of progressive career success
