Key Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve patients’ functional abilities.
Provide personalized therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Document patient progress and report findings to the Occupational Therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities that support therapy goals.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Current state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Bonifay.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
