Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Excelsior Springs, MO, for a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)/Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)/Medical Technologist (MT) – Lab Tech on evening shifts. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory tests, analyzing patient samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The Lab Tech will play an integral role in assisting healthcare providers by delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results in alignment with laboratory protocols and patient care standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills such as testing, analysis, and maintaining accurate documentation
Strong aptitude in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine practices
Current certification as an MLS, MLT, or MT from ASCP or AMT with completed education in an accredited laboratory/medical technology program
2+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required
