Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented licensed master’s level provider (LPC, LCSW) to join our growing team as a
Group Therapist
within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Outpatient Group Therapy services. This role is responsible for providing direct patient care through our group-based treatment (within IOP, PHP, and Outpatient). St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) is home to several specialty IOP and PHP programs, including the Center for OCD and Anxiety-Related Disorders, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program, Eating Disorders Program, JumpSTART (General) Program, and Radically-Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program. The ideal Group Therapist would be able to work with both Teens and Adults, facilitating several 1 - 3 hour therapeutic Groups within our specialty IOP/PHP programs, as well as providing several 1- hour Outpatient Group, using our outlined curriculums. The Group Therapist works closely with SLBMI speciality program teams to help provide a comprehensive treatment approach. This in-person position includes split time between our two locations (Macklind location and Chesterfield location). Employee Benefits

Minimum Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Licensed to practice therapy independently within the state of Missouri. Previous experience in group therapy settings and demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic techniques. EEO Statement
