ADN or higher nursing degree Active, unencumbered RN license 1+ years of OR or surgical experience preferred ACLS and PALS certification preferred Proficiency in aseptic and sterile techniques Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards Maintain an aseptic and safe operating room environment Assist in intra‑operative patient care and perform nursing and technical duties as assigned Monitor vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery Communicate surgical procedures and postoperative care with patients and families Benefits
