Pediatric Otolaryngologist – AdventHealth for Children, Orlando, Florida
Overview
AdventHealth for Children is looking for a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic team player interested in growing our program in Central Florida. AdventHealth is the largest hospital system in Florida, with a network of 30 hospitals and a single dedicated children’s hospital. Our pediatric otolaryngology program, established in 2024, currently has two experienced, fellowship‑trained pediatric ENT physicians and a 1:1 physician‑to‑APP support structure. A new state‑of‑the‑art outpatient office with 11,000 sq ft, in‑house audiology, speech pathology, pediatric dentistry, imaging, 3‑D photography, and a conference room will open in Q1 2026. The facility will expand our cochlear implant, microtia/atresia, head & neck, and craniofacial programs, and accommodate additional pediatric ENT subspecialities such as voice and swallowing disorders, aerodigestive disorders, and vascular anomalies.
Requirements of the position
Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology
Board certification or eligibility through the American Academy of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery
Board certification or eligibility for subspecialty certification in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology
Strong communication skills
Dedication to the highest quality patient care
Interest in developing a general Pediatric Otolaryngology practice, with a subspecialty focus to be determined based on experience
Practice Description
This is an employed opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group, a 900‑plus‑physician, multi‑specialty organization that offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including occurrence‑based malpractice coverage, health insurance, relocation expenses, paid leave, a generous 403(b) retirement plan, CME days and allowance. Our practice model allows physicians to focus on clinical care while operations are managed by experienced teams.
Hospital Description
AdventHealth for Children is a full‑service, tertiary children’s hospital with over 200 dedicated pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds, a 102‑bed NICU, a pediatric CICU, and a 17‑bed pediatric emergency department. The facility is nationally recognized for newborn care and is rated among the top children’s hospitals for quality and safety.
Location Description
Our outpatient office is located on the same campus as AdventHealth for Children, conveniently adjacent to downtown Orlando, major attractions such as Universal Studios and Walt Disney World, and a vibrant community with excellent schools and public transportation.
