About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Baldwin, Colorado, 81230!About the PositionSpecialty: RN – Long-Term Care (LTC)Experience: 1–2 years in skilled nursing or LTC setting preferredLicense: Active State or Compact RN LicenseCertifications: BLS – AHAMust-Have: Experience with geriatric patients, strong communication and assessment skills Description: The LTC RN provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning, wound care, documentation, and coordination with physicians and families. Ensures resident safety and promotes quality of life through compassionate care.
