Job Description
Pay Rate:
$25–$27 an hour, plus a monthly bonus.

Responsibilities
Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email, and customer visits.
Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment.
Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts.
Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests, and problems.
Train with experienced sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships.
Entry‑level sales / sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9–12 months, potentially sooner.
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience is required.
Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries, our customers, and the industry.
Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school, or other activities.
History of persistence or commitment to school, work, or the community.
You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license.
