We’re looking for a local Private Client Account Manager who thrives on building client relationships and delivering outstanding service. This position is ideally suited for a detail-oriented insurance professional with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions.
Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and ensure policy accuracy.
Handle service requests—including certificates, endorsements, audits, and cancellations—promptly.
Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response.
Handle first report of claims by gathering information from the client and coordinating with the agency’s claim team to confirm a successful resolution.
Experience & Skills
Property & Casualty license and 4+ years of personal lines insurance service experience—focus on high net worth clients preferred.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting.
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, or ARM preferred.
Strong work ethic and critical thinking.
Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker.
