Regional Sales Manager – Germany (Remote)
Stealthwatch is proud to be working exclusively with a global leader in network security solutions as they expand their presence in the DACH region. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their high-performing team and drive growth across Germany.
Location:
Remote – Can be based anywhere in Germany
OTE:
Up to €260,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and market share across Germany. You’ll work with enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and act as a key figure in developing long-term strategic relationships in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business and grow existing accounts across Germany
Own and manage the complete sales process – from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver value-driven solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and client needs
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in enterprise sales within the network security / cybersecurity space
Strong knowledge of the DACH market, with established client and channel relationships
Track record of exceeding quota and delivering against ambitious targets
Fluent in German and English
Self-motivated, strategic, and capable of working autonomously
