Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Managers to exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align initiatives.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
Direct marketing strategies to maximize profit margins and customer satisfaction.
Represent Hitachi Energy through presentations, webinars, and seminars.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of sales/marketing experience (12–15 years preferred).
Proven leadership experience managing regional sales teams.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to travel 30% or more as needed.
Experience in electrical sector and breaker business development preferred.
