As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT service lines, enterprise architects, and leadership, you will leverage your technical expertise to create scalable and efficient solutions that drive organizational success. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design (HLD/LLD), develop, and customize Salesforce solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Participate in Salesforce implementation projects across Sales and Service Clouds, including CPQ.
Document requirements, configure systems, develop solutions, execute testing, and resolve issues.
Implement complex business logic and workflows to automate processes and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions adhering to best practices, standards, and design patterns.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations.
Design and implement data migration strategies for accurate and seamless data transfer.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development and configuration best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
Provide level‑of‑effort (LOE) estimates for requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and QA testers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non‑technical stakeholders.
Maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end‑users.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and updates, evaluating their impact on existing solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Salesforce platform.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Salesforce Developer certifications highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, Middleware).
Proven track record of delivering high‑quality Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Clouds, including CPQ.
Hands‑on experience with large‑scale Salesforce deployment projects.
Thorough understanding of Salesforce portfolio, platform architecture, and related technologies.
Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools.
Knowledge of reporting and analytics concepts and tools.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, trends, and industry best practices.
Database knowledge, including data modeling and managing large datasets within Salesforce.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Working knowledge of business processes across commercial functions.
Experience developing consultative relationships and achieving positive results across organizational levels.
Self‑motivated with strong prioritization skills.
Experience in both implementation projects and support roles.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Expertise in Salesforce CRMA.
Strong communication and engagement skills.
Exposure to cloud concepts, SaaS delivery models, and agile methodologies.
Certifications (if any)
