Primary Responsibilities
Provide financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives.
Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors, ensuring consistent high‑standard customer and associate service experiences.
Execute company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals.
Act as a “talent grower” by coaching, training, developing, evaluating, supervising, and scheduling store associates to meet staffing budgets.
Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience with a medium‑to‑large retailer.
Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal shifts regularly.
Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
