Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract
Start Date: November 10, 2025
End Date: February 9, 2026
Shift: Night shifts, 12 hours (19:00 – 07:00)
Hours per Week: 36
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1890 – $2020
Employment Type: Travel RN contract
Unit: 5100 Medical-Surgical/Telemetry
Registered Nurse Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience
Active New York RN license (required at time of submission)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS (American Heart Association)
Proficiency with EPIC charting system
Willingness to float to other hospital units as needed
Must reside more than 75 miles from the Rochester facility
Ability to complete pre-start modules (up to 5 billable hours)
Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias
Administer blood products and manage peripheral IV lines
Provide wound care and operate wound vacs
Implement isolation precautions and non-invasive airway management
Participate in rapid response and code teams
Deliver oxygen therapy and manage oxygen tanks
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
Accurately document patient care in EPIC electronic medical records
