Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitoring and recording vital signs. Providing emotional support and companionship to residents. Assisting with mobility and transfers. Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. Qualifications
Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA). Compassionate and empathetic nature. Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Dedication to upholding high standards of care. What We Offer
