Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for PCB assessment and remediation projects, Brownfields projects, Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental site assessments, and various remediation projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for PCB assessment and remediation program.
Provide technical expertise in environmental due diligence and Brownfields.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or other related field of study
Experience with due diligence Phase 1 and Phase 2
Experience working in environmental regulatory programs in North and South Carolina
Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
Prior TSCA experience, specifically 761.61
Prior experience with North and South Carolina Brownfields Programs
Prior work experience with substation operations
Working Conditions
Virtual employment with extensive computer use
Occasional work in a power plant or field environment with exposure to all types of weather
Occasional mildly strenuous physical activity (extensive walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs/ladders, etc.)
Occasional overtime work
