About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Care Career to find a qualified PICU RN in Rapid City, South Dakota, 57701! Pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) nurses manage the care of the infant, child or adolescent experiencing life‑threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high‑intensity therapies and interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance. An important part of a PICU nurse’s responsibility is providing education, information, and emotional support to their patient’s family and caregivers.
