About the Role We are seeking a
Physical Therapist
to provide individualized in‑home therapy for pediatric patients throughout
San Antonio . You will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies that help children meet mobility and developmental goals in a home‑health setting. Whether you’re looking for part‑time or full‑time, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle.
Scheduling Options
Full‑Time: 25+ visits per week
Must be available for daytime and after‑school visits
Sign‑On Bonus Sign‑on bonus for full‑time roles (paid after 180 days of employment): $3,000. Earn a sign‑on bonus based on your qualifications:
Full‑Time PT
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Willing to supervise PTAs
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on pediatric assessments.
Conduct standardized and non‑standardized tests to evaluate physical function.
Educate families on mobility programs, exercises, and safe home modifications.
Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance.
Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes.
Maintain current knowledge of pediatric PT practices and healthcare regulations.

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
