About The Position:
TravelNurseSource is partnering with Prime Staffing to find an experienced OR RN in Tulsa. The role provides perioperative nursing care, including patient assessment, circulating, and assisting in surgical procedures. The RN will scrub, circulate, maintain a sterile field, and collaborate with the surgical team. This 12‑hour shift may include weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties; floating within surgical services is possible. Onboarding takes an average of 4–6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative care in the operating room; scrub and circulate surgical cases; maintain sterile environment; assist surgeons and techs; participate in hand‑offs; address patient needs; follow hospital protocols; adhere to safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
Active State or Compact RN license
BLS certification (valid)
ACLS certification (valid)
Ability to scrub, circulate, and maintain sterile field
Strong communication and teamwork skills
