Midnight Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign On Bonus
Sign‑On Bonus of $15,000 FT / $7,500 PT.
Wages up to $45.40/hr (including all incentives).

Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, provides and manages nursing care, services and health education to nursing home guests.
Supervises the care/services provided by the LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for guests.
Provides safe and accurate medication‑related interventions to guests.
Assesses the health of guests and notifies the physician of changes in status; promptly implements new orders.
Develops a plan of care based on assessment, and implements nursing care.
Selects and institutes appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest’s condition and/or prevent complications.
Contributes to guest assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and the development of a plan of care.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting preferred
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
CPR certification
