Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans Administer medications and perform treatments as required Supervise and mentor nursing assistants Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being What You Bring
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License Ability to administer medications; IV certification preferred Knowledge of state rules and regulations Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset Passion for improving the lives of residents Benefits
