Participate in and oversee patient care within scope of LVN/LPN licensure. Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with clinical policies & procedures. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment and evaluation. Ensure implementation of care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in assigning duties and supervise delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff. Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Nursing School. Valid LVN/LPN License. Visit
