We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee daily operations for a busy, multi‑site medical practice. This is a full‑time, salaried leadership role ideal for someone with strong healthcare operations experience and a proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and office workflows.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise approximately 40 staff members across multiple locations and remote settings
Create and maintain staff schedules and physician (MD) schedules
Review and approve payroll punches
Maintain and manage EPIC templates
Oversee staffing needs, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Ensure appropriate office coverage and smooth daily operations
Order and manage office supplies
Oversee general office operations and office upkeep
Serve as a key point of contact for staff and leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Office Manager
Strong leadership experience managing teams in a medical practice setting
Hands‑on experience with EPIC
Knowledge of scheduling, payroll review, and staffing coordination
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
