$27.00/hr to $45.00/hr DOE Overview

This individual is responsible for the effective repair of machinery and components in the field, at high levels of quality. This individual must work independent of direct supervision in a field environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Perform field repairs and maintenance jobs with little or no direct supervision Knowledge of a variety of different types of LMI systems and able to read and understand load charts Knowledge of different types of cranes such as lattice crawler, lattice truck, hydraulic truck, and rough terrain Ability to set up cranes and operate safely Responsible for servicing units to fulfill OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications Basic testing knowledge of all machine systems Recondition and repair equipment and components in a complete, safe, and effective manner by planning methods and sequence of performing repairs assigned Perform diagnostic inspections as directed, including repair determination inspections following established guidelines, identify the cause of failure, and identify solutions necessary to affect a repair Responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe manner Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs Assists in the collection of data necessary for efficient inventory control Attends training at local, regional, national service schools as requested Maintains a clean and safe working environment Maintains and cares for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles Completes all paperwork required for jobs Performs tasks as directed by the Service Management Background in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting Job Requirements

Must share our Core Values: Do the Right Thing, Be Curious, Have Passion, and Be Innovative Crane Inspector Certification recommended but not required Obtain or be willing to obtain a Class A CDL License Minimum 2 year Diesel Technology or Automotive Technology degree or equivalent experience Possesses required tools Good, safe work habits Good communication skills Must be personable, highly motivated, a problem solver, reliable, ethical, and able to adapt to all forces around them – customers, suppliers, coworkers, and manufacturers Must have a pleasing personality with a sales aptitude Strong diagnostic skills Able to work with minimal supervision Organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions Company Benefits

Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 100+ pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50+ pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20+ pounds. Occasional to frequent walking or standing. Frequent and continual movement as follows, often several of movements simultaneously (i.e., handle while crouching, carry while kneeling):

Kneel (bend legs at knee, come to rest on knees) Crouch/Squat (bend body down and forward, bending legs and spine) Crawl (move on hands, knees, and feet) Climb (ascend/descend ladders, stairs, ramp, or step up on or down from equipment/trailer) Stoop (Bend downward and forward at waist) Lift (raise or lower object > 25 pounds from one level to another) Carry (transport an object) Push (press with steady force, thrust objects forward, downward, outward) Pull (drag or tug objects) Turn/twist (move a body part in circular motion) Bend (bend downward and forward by bending the spine at waist) Reach (extend hands and arms in any direction) Handle (seize, hold turn with hands)

Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers. Hearing and speaking to exchange information. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment. Consistently exposed to weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
