$22.00 per hour for 6:30am-3:00pm shift
$23.32 per hour for 3:30pm-12:00am shift

What’s a typical day as Mechanical Assembler? You’ll be:
Assembling mechanical and electrical units using visual aids, verbal and written instructions.
Preparing parts for box build and final assembly, following proper hardware sequence.
Fitting, filing, drilling, and assembling MPI boxes, panels, or performing a wide variety of diversified and difficult electrical assemblies. Utilizing rivet guns, electrical screwdrivers, small hand tools, and air compressor tools for assembly tasks.
Soldering Skills NO soldering skills required
Proficiency with cutting, stripping, crimping and mounting wires to connect electrical units.
Using SAP (IFactor specifically) for confirmation duties.
Operating simple equipment such as swage, wire prep, preset dies, and cut‑off machines. ( Using hand tools and drills is a major requirement. They get a lot of candidates in that have never used a torque gun, rivet gun or powertools)
Ensuring compliance with company security and safety policies.
Performing other related duties as assigned and may be required to work overtime.
