EXCELLENT BONUS PROGRAM Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant for opportunities in the St. Louis area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high-quality patient care in our state‑of‑the‑art centers.

Urgent care Advanced Practitioners (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu‑like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections. Functioning in lieu of or alongside a physician, it is essential for an urgent care Advanced Practitioner to have excellent assessment skills in order to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary.

Daily Volume Bonus:

This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – reward you on those busier days!

Quarterly Bonus:

Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree:

Required for Physician Assistants.

Master’s Degree:

Required for Nurse Practitioners.

Post‑residency clinical experience:

2‑5 years required.

Practice setting experience:

Minimum 18 months in applicable setting.

Adult and pediatric practice experience:

Strongly preferred.

National Certification:

Active state medical licensure (ANNC or AANP).

Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience:

Required.

Office procedures:

Familiarity with suturing, splinting, etc.
