Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor
We are seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) for remote roles. Candidates MUST be licensed in at least ONE of the following states: Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. You will manage construction survey projects, prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, boundary adjustments, and more.
Responsibilities
Manage construction survey projects.
Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys.
Create legal descriptions and boundary adjustments.
Oversee project documentation and communication.
Collaborate with a team of surveyors distributed across various states.
Essential Skills
A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional land surveying.
Proficiency in construction project management, ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, and legal exhibits.
Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in WA, OR, or ID.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Civil 3D.
Experience with CAD is a plus.
A clean driving record.
Ability to pass a post-offer drug test.
Work Environment This position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work fully remote, in-person, or in a hybrid model depending on preference. The environment is collaborative, supported by digital tools, and includes a team of 34 surveyors spread across different states.
