The Automotive Transmission Technician specializes in diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding transmission and driveline systems while following OEM repair procedures and dealership quality standards. Diagnose transmission and driveline concerns. Repair or rebuild manual and automatic transmissions. Perform clutch and related driveline repairs. Testing & Quality Control
Test vehicles before and after repairs. Document all repair work accurately. Safety & Compliance
Follow safety procedures and repair guidelines. Maintain tools and work area. What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required. B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair. Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies. Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve. Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Competitive pay: $25.00 – $35.00 / hour.
