Responsibilities
Knowledgeable of contract documents required for proper planning of construction staffing, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
Coordinate with Pre-construction Services while preparing estimates, buyout regarding methods, systems, schedule, and general conditions.
Monitor and delegate team members with tasks from the beginning to end phases of project.
Create and execute pre-planning activities for project with subcontractors to ensure coordinated efforts.
Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems regarding methods or materials.
Inspect in progress work to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.
Document on-sight activities in daily reports, including verbal directives, progress pictures, delays, weather conditions, and on site manpower.
Develop a detailed construction phase schedule for the project and update it weekly to ensure that critical path activities and milestones are being achieved. Prepare a recovery plan to mitigate delays to the critical path of the project.
Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owner, Architects, Consulting Engineers, and other parties related to the project.
Assist in monitoring and planning the quality control program.
Enforce a safe work environment, culture, and practices on the project.

Qualifications
Ground up experience is ideal.
5 years of experience in multifamily construction (podium or stick‑frame).
Strong mentoring and teaching skills.
Excellent communication skills, leadership experience, organized, motivator, strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to prioritize, provide training to enhance team, ability to evaluate staff strengths and weaknesses, organized and disciplined thinker.
Strong computer aptitude and mathematical background is necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary between $100,000-$130,000, based on skills and project experience.
