Your New Role As an HVAC Technician at Dawson's Electric & Air, you'll be the expert our customers depend on to restore home comfort. Your role will focus on delivering real solutions rather than just quick fixes, ensuring customers feel secure in the comfort we provide.

Daily Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and accurately

Present options to customers to meet their unique needs and budget

Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to solve challenges

Provide exceptional customer service on every job

Hiring Expectations

Valid driver's license

3-5 years of residential HVAC experience

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

HVAC certification preferred, but not required

Strong customer service skills

Authorization to work in the U.S.
