Job Description We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Strategy Consumer & Treatment Experience to be in Horsham, PA. Purpose: The Senior Manager, Global Commercial Strategy Consumer & Treatment Experience will help craft global commercial development strategies for pipeline products. The primary objective of this role is to support commercial opportunity assessment and prepare for commercialization of pipeline assets in Immunodermatology. Key responsibilities include the creation and execution of global patient and advocacy strategies, treatment experience transformation plans, and collaborative access and adherence maximization opportunities to support the launch of new products. This position reports to the Director, Global Commercial Strategy Lead for Dermatology. The role is highly matrixed and will require close collaboration with R&D, cross-TA, and Regional Commercial partners. The focus is an upcoming launch of a new dermatology product in the immunology market.
Responsibilities
Developing Winning Patient Strategies: Including leading cross-functional teams to collaboratively develop insights, create and complete global patient strategies.
Collaborating on Advocacy Strategy and Engagement: In collaboration with cross-functional teams develop global strategies and engagement opportunities focused on advocacy organizations to advance patient care.
Innovating with Emerging Stakeholders and digital health opportunities: Collaborate with internal customers and external partners to identify innovative solutions to reach consumer audiences.
Transform the Global Treatment Experience: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies to transform the treatment experience and patient journey from diagnoses to access including close partnership with the market access team.
Enhancing Adherence: Distill insights and own the development and implementation of a strategic adherence maximization plan.
Advancing and Crafting Our Pipeline: Support development of disease specific and therapeutic area strategies, including launch preparation for late-stage development assets.
Drive Regional Partnership: Collaborate with regional to inform, engage, align, facilitate standard process sharing, and ensure launch readiness.
Qualifications / Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree in business or scientific field is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or consumer healthcare industry.
A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated in-line marketing, market access, marketing support, medical affairs, or sales management/training experience executing marketing strategy.
Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities, lead matrix teams, gain alignment and drive decision making.
Savvy with clinical data and ability to credibly discuss with R&D and Medical Affairs colleagues.
Ability to present complicated findings in a clear, concise, and thought-provoking manner.
Ability to influence key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Experience managing vendors/contractors and maintaining budgets.
Ability to work in the Horsham, PA office 3 days a week.
Travel International and Domestic Up to 25%.
Prior Dermatology, Rheumatology, and/or Immunology experience is strongly preferred.
