Logistics & Work Environment This part‑time role is based at 2025 Main Street, Columbia. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., mirroring the restaurant industry hours. The successful candidate will be part of a team that operates on a split‑shift basis, seven days a week, including holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, on a rotating basis.

A Day In The Life (Job Responsibilities) The Kitchen Associate will assist in various aspects of our kitchen operations, from prep work to meal distribution, ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen. This position requires a detail‑oriented individual who can efficiently conduct tasks.

To Qualify For This Position

1-2 years of prior Prep or Sous Chef experience strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a kitchen assistant, cook, or relevant role in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Serve Safe Certification (preferred).

Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Benefits (Rewards) We offer competitive pay ranging from

$15.00 - $16.00

per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The total compensation package includes:
