Your duties:
Close cooperation with our management and our auditor
Preparatory monthly bookkeeping for the tax consultant for several companies (without account assignment and posting)
Preparation of the annual financial statements for several companies
Invoicing, payment monitoring, dunning and maintenance of debtor accounts
Liquidity planning based on the sales/expenditure forecast from order management
Processing and administration of guarantees
Independent management of all insurance policies (e.g. contract management, damage reports, communication with insurers)
Commercial administration of the vehicle fleet (e.g. purchase processing, monitoring of leasing contracts, organization of fuel cards, etc.)
General administrative tasks in the financial area
What you need to have:
Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an accountant (IHK)
Several years of sound professional experience in accounting, finance or balance sheet accounting
Confident handling of DATEV and all common MS Office programs
Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
