Drive Insight. Shape the Future.
At The Blackhawk Group, we’re redefining performance in aviation — building the future of aircraft sales, upgrades, and maintenance services for light turboprop and jet aircraft. As we continue to grow across our Performance Centers nationwide, we’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst who’s ready to turn data into strategy and insight into action.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key financial partner to business leaders across our operations — digging into performance trends, forecasting results, and identifying the levers that drive profitability and growth.
Plan, forecast, and model
: Partner with business unit leaders to build financial models, budgets, and forecasts that translate operational activity into measurable performance targets. Support multi-year planning efforts that align with corporate growth objectives.
Deliver meaningful analysis
: Dive deep into revenue, cost, and margin drivers to understand what’s working — and what’s not. Develop variance analyses and financial dashboards that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities in real time.
Elevate business decisions
: Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability, productivity, and capital utilization. Support strategic initiatives such as pricing studies, new programs, and capital investment decisions with rigorous financial analysis.
Streamline and automate
: Enhance the speed and accuracy of financial reporting through improved modeling, standardized templates, and automation tools in Dynamics 365 and Power BI. Continuously look for ways to make complex data easier to access and interpret.
Collaborate across teams
: Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and other cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between financial results and business performance. Act as a trusted advisor who bridges financial insight with operational action.
Champion continuous improvement
: Identify process gaps, build scalable solutions, and drive ongoing improvements in how we plan, measure, and communicate financial performance across all Performance Centers.
