The Senior Platform Analyst is dedicated to specific customer(s) for the main purpose of supporting the customer’s global meetings and event management strategy. This dedicated resource is expected to drive adoption of Cvent's products, increase revenue opportunities, and improve the overall success of the customer relationship.
In This Role, You Will:
Act as customer’s primary contact/advisor regarding technology solutions, features, and functionality
Maintain strong advisory relationship with key customer contacts in positions that can significantly impact adoption
Monitor user adoption and system usage, recommend strategies to increase usage/adoption, and maintain customer’s account configuration as part of overall system administrator duties
Ensure that compliance guidelines, privacy policies, and branding guidelines are met
Consult on business processes and best practices related to enterprise meetings management technology
Create and analyze cross-meeting reporting to provide recommendations for changes that can be made to support customer objectives
Design, coordinate, and conduct user training on customer’s meetings and events program as it relates to Cvent technology
Manage users and system access to customer's account
Onboard new users
Maintain documentation related to customer’s business process
Troubleshoot, track, and elevate issues as needed
Maintain a clear project task list, sharing progress with the customer on a regular basis
Act as customer’s advocate within Cvent’s management and technology groups by managing activities and liaising between the customer and the various Cvent departments including Technology, Sales, and Client Services
Share customer insights and updates regularly with the account team
Demonstrate success leveraging AI tools to drive automation and efficiencies
Work flexible hours to support a global account / team (this may sometimes include other work outside the standard workday or on weekends or conference calls)
Up to 20% travel
Hybrid work schedule

Here’s What You Need:
Minimum 5 years work experience, with 2 or more in the event technology space
Cvent System Administrator and Cvent Event Management Advanced certifications required. Cvent Attendee Hub and Cvent Venue Sourcing certifications preferred.
Financial services background is preferred
Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and can multi-task
Strong sense of accountability; resourcefulness in identifying a problem or process improvement and following through to implement
High personal integrity
Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
University Degree or equivalent corporate experience
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $75,000-$90,000 annually+ bonus depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, details of which can be found here.
