You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie product; you educate guests on product details and suggest fit. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests. You flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. You assist team in teamwork and getting the job done. You adhere to AEO policies & procedures with integrity. Qualifications
You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have worked in retail before. You are at least 16 years of age. Benefits
