LOST iN is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to lead the creation and execution of engaging social video content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. This role is
ideal for a travel-obsessed creator and social media strategist who lives at the intersection of content, culture, and travel.
You are deeply plugged into travel trends , social media formats, and pop culture moments shaping the travel space.
You’re confident on camera , excited to experiment with short-form video, and equally interested in understanding performance data to inform what comes next. You bring fresh ideas, strong instincts, and a
proven ability to grow and engage an audience.
This role is based out of our office off Abbott Kinney.
Must be able to come into the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
as well as support for events that may
occasionally take place during evenings and weekends ; flexibility is essential, and enthusiasm for live experiences is a must!
Responsibilities
Create high-performing travel and lifestyle video content from ideation through shooting, editing, and posting
Stay ahead of travel trends, viral formats, platform updates, and relevant travel news to inform content direction
Appear on camera regularly to film TikTok trends, Reels, voiceovers, and original concepts
Analyze content performance and translate insights into future strategy
Support and promote LOST iN’s in-person events (boat parties, dinners parties, DJ sets, and more), including some travel and field work
Assist with event planning and live event content capture (experience is a strong plus)
Design promotional assets such as event flyers and social graphics while maintaining brand consistency
Bring a startup mindset: full focus, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership with a genuine commitment to growing the LOST iN brand.
Qualifications
Proven experience creating and growing social media accounts (personal or brand)
Strong on-camera presence and comfort recording short-form video
Ability to shoot and edit authentic, engaging social content
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form trends
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, and similar tools
Graphic design experience is a strong plus
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Experienced in analyzing social metrics and performance data on Sprout
Highly independent, proactive, and collaborative
Natural extrovert who enjoys networking, community-building, and serving as a brand ambassador
Passionate traveler with experience exploring destinations across the U.S. and beyond
